Let me tell you what, People. I haven't tuned-in to #MarchMadness like this for years - and note this year I'm talking about the women's tourney.
They've got my viewership hands-down. These games are absolute fire.
Admittedly, I haven't watched a lick of the men's this year.
As a former D1 college hooper, I'm here to say the media coverage and media talent, the marquee coaches and players, the integration of legendary female hoppers in the commercials and the stands (I see you tonight #SueBird), and the sick play overall - are all beyond GREAT to see.
The point of this post is to deservedly hype these women - to celebrate the progress - and encourage the relentless pursuit of equity from the hardwood - to the boardroom - to every room, #LEADERS
