For Shauna Griffiths, Founder of SLG Impact, making an impact on people and with her work has always been her North Star. Facing change and challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided it was time to catch her dream of creating the purpose-driven platform: SLG Impact | Evolving Brands and People.

Shauna has 20+ years experience in Marketing and Brand Partnerships for professional sports and entertainment properties, and on the agency side. She has worked across verticals with brands from start-ups to the iconic, and has successfully coached people throughout their career journeys.
 

Shauna is a passionate, hybrid-marketer experienced in driving revenue and consumer engagement by defining strategy, storytelling, developing compelling marketing platforms and campaigns, and creating dynamic brand alliances internationally.  She believes developing  the work and the people go hand-in-hand, and embraces coaching as a key part of the equation.  Her experience includes history making brand launches, campaigns and partnerships,  and coaching countless people. She was also honored as a Game Changer by SportsBusiness Journal.   

 

Griffiths played basketball at the University of Michigan while getting her BA , and used her fifth year of collegiate eligibility running Cross Country for Eastern Michigan University while getting her MBA. She is a wellness enthusiast, avid cyclist and fan of the outdoors. Shauna lives in Colorado with her husband, John, and their dog, Peaty.

Kathleen is a passionate and creative marketer with a background in professional and collegiate sports and entertainment. She's also experienced in social media and email marketing and has created NACMA Award-winning promotions during her time at different universities. She's a big college basketball fan and women's soccer fanatic and can't wait to start attending games again. She is currently Senior Account Executive for CMD Agency.

Leslie Harris is an executive coach dedicated to providing guidance that makes a real impact in the lives and careers of business leaders. He draws on his three-decade career as a trader in the financial markets to help get executives comfortable with taking smart risks and driving effective change.
 

An MBA graduate from The Wharton School, Leslie is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). Leslie uses a methodology adapted to each client’s needs which is grounded in framing risk and change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle. He has coached many executives and rising stars through various phases of their personal and professional development. They come from diverse industries and professions including financial services, law, marketing, media, entertainment, architecture, and design.

Connie’s 20+ year career includes the marketing & management of complex, high-level accounts & iconic brands across entertainment, media & sports, including Madison Square Garden, American Express, Coca-Cola, Samsung, & Nike, coupled with extensive training and certifications in coaching and professional development. As a skilled & seasoned strategist, she’s successfully helped senior executives & young professionals with performance optimization, communication methods & their impact, collaboration, relationship-building, turf wars, the “first hundred days” new job strategy, career trajectory, conflict resolution, bullying, and gender and diversity bias through a proven, personalized, & scientifically-based process designed to facilitate positive change.

 

Connie has a B.A. in Organizational Behavior & Communication, & a Professional Certificate in Coaching from New York University. She volunteers for NYU's Career Development Mentor Network & launched their Mentor-In-Residence program in Fall 2019.  Connie is a founding member of TEDxEast conferences in NYC.

Kelle is the SVP, Brand Partnerships & Events, Nielsen, where she is responsible for broadening Nielsen’s visibility, corporate strategy and industry influence through U.S. & Global event execution,  marketing strategies, communications, c-suite executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, improving best practices and increasing ROI. Kelle has always been driven by her interest in marketing, but more specifically understanding business objectives and driving the company toward those goals in a way that tangibly impacts the bottom line.

Prior to her role with Nielsen, Kelle served as National Partnership Marketing with Macy’s. At Macy’s, she managed strategic development and procurement of partnerships with marquee brands. Before joining Macy’s, Kelle held marketing positions with the New Jersey Nets and Reebok International, where she began her career.  In these roles, Kelle worked in several industries including sports and entertainment, retail, event planning and more across the marketing business function.

Kelle has a demonstrated track record of producing sound marketing strategies and yielding organizational successes through relationship building and high level engagements at Cannes Lions Creativity Festival, Advertising Week, Consumer Goods Forum, Vivatech and more.  She serves as Executive Sponsor for Nielsen’s Business Resource Group, SABLE (Sustaining Active Black Leadership and Empowerment) and is an active member of Rho Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She has a Bachelor of Science with a Business Administration concentration from Florida A&M University.

Rob Vogel is the founding principal of J5 Partners, a sports and entertainment business solutions firm.  With nearly 30 years of high-level sports and entertainment experience, Rob leverage’s his expertise, insights and network of brand decision-makers and solution providers to drive business to clients through high impact partnerships, state-of-the-art sponsorships and marquee brand initiatives. 

 

Rob brings a wealth of relationships and valuable experience to his clientele which include being an advisor on over $10B worth of sponsorship proposals and agreements.  During his time as President and COO of The Bonham Group, Rob was instrumental in growing the company to national status where it became recognized as a leading sponsorship and naming rights valuation and sales firm.  He played a key role in the development and completion of 12 professional sports naming rights agreements including the O2, CenturyLink Field, Oracle Arena, PNC Park, Xcel Energy Center and Honda Center.

 

He has worked with some of the largest brands in their respective industries such as JPMorgan Chase, FedEx, Bank of America, Honda, Life Time Media & Events, General Mills, Heineken, US Bank, IBM, DIRECTV, Universal Studios, AEG and a host of sports properties including: the NFL, NBA, NHL, Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Penguins, Atlanta Falcons, Ohio State University and the University of Texas.

Manage matrix teams, gain/maintain executive sponsorship, solidify partnerships, and build quality customer relationships that result in delivering impactful change management initiatives and process improvement initiatives. Industry experience includes automotive, dot-com, captive lending, telecommunications, IT, radio sales/advertising, education, and retail.
