For Shauna Griffiths, Founder of SLG Impact, making an impact on people and with her work has always been her North Star. Facing change and challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided it was time to catch her dream of creating the purpose-driven platform: SLG Impact | Evolving Brands and People.

Shauna is a values-driven business leader with deep marketing and brand building capabilities gained from over 18 years of guiding and inspiring teams to deliver impact and results.  She has worked across verticals with brands from start-ups to the iconic and has successfully coached people throughout their career journeys. 

Shauna is experienced in driving revenue and engagement by defining strategy, storytelling, developing compelling marketing platforms and campaigns, and creating dynamic brand alliances internationally.  She believes developing the work and the people go hand-in-hand and embraces coaching as a key part of the equation.  Her experience includes history making brand launches, campaigns and partnerships, and coaching countless people. She was also honored as a Game Changer by SportsBusiness Journal.

 Griffiths played basketball at the University of Michigan while getting her BA , and used her fifth year of collegiate eligibility running Cross Country for Eastern Michigan University while getting her MBA. She is a wellness enthusiast, avid cyclist and fan of the outdoors. Shauna lives in Colorado with her husband, John, and their dog, Peaty.

Kathleen is a passionate and creative marketer with a background in professional and collegiate sports and entertainment. She's also experienced in social media and email marketing and has created NACMA Award-winning promotions during her time at different universities. She's a big college basketball fan and women's soccer fanatic and can't wait to start attending games again. She is currently Senior Account Executive for CMD Agency. 



SLG Impact Content Manager 

Ari is a driven marketer motivated by topics and conversations that challenge perspectives and disrupt the status quo. She has experience leading local marketing strategies for various brands on both the agency and client side. She’s currently an Account Executive at CMD Agency focused on B2B marketing for a tech company that is the world's largest semiconductor chip manufacturer.  



Leslie Harris is an executive coach dedicated to providing guidance that makes a real impact in the lives and careers of business leaders. He draws on his three-decade career as a trader in the financial markets to help get executives comfortable with taking smart risks and driving effective change.

An MBA graduate from The Wharton School, Leslie is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). Leslie uses a methodology adapted to each client’s needs which is grounded in framing risk and change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle. He has coached many executives and rising stars through various phases of their personal and professional development. They come from diverse industries and professions including financial services, law, marketing, media, entertainment, architecture, and design.



Audra is a strategic business partner with an MBA. PMP, Six Sigma and Change Management certified. Manage matrix teams, gain/maintain executive sponsorship, solidify partnerships, and build quality customer relationships that result in delivering impactful change management initiatives and process improvement initiatives. Industry experience includes automotive, dot-com, captive lending, telecommunications, IT, radio sales/advertising, education, and retail.

Layne is a senior level marketing and sales trailblazer skilled taking bands and properties to the next level by driving revenue and building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Extremely motivated with excellent problem solving and communication skills. Natural leader who has successfully built teams and developed staff to reach fullest potentials. Proven ability to drive revenue and grow business through creation of compelling platforms that add value, new sales and renewals. Highly adaptable as proven through success in multiple major markets across the U.S. in property, team and agency settings.
